On Friday, a federal judge ordered the Trump administration to arrange the return of a man from Maryland to the United States after he was accidentally deported to the notorious El Salvador prison, while the US government lawyer was confused to explain what happened.
The ruling rejected the White House claiming that it lacks the ability to recover Kilmar Abrago Garcia, a Salvadori citizen, because he is no longer enforcing immigration and customs in the United States (ICE) errors of deportation in previous years, according to Apirigo Garcia’s lawyer and legal experts.
The government submitted an immediate appeal after the decision, while Trump administration officials reported assurances that Abyerigo Garcia is a dangerous member of the gang and that the American courts did not control the matter.
“We are not aware of the judge who has power or authority in the country of Salvador,” the White House journalist Caroline Levitte said in a statement after Judge Paula Shinis’s decision at the White House.
Ice’s 29 -year -old Icego Garcia was expelled last month despite the 2019 immigration judge who protected him from deportation to El Salvador, where he faced possible persecution by local gangs.
His wrong deportation, which the White House described as an “administrative mistake”, sparked great anger and concerned about the expulsion of non -citizens who were granted permission to be in the United States.
