Sean “Didi” Kombus acknowledged that he was not guilty during a before the trial session in New York City on Friday, after additional charges against him.
The registration artist and businessman face federal accusations of conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to participate in prostitution. The last charges of primary conspiracies relate to, claiming that he forced the employee to engage in sex work, and threatened others if they did not help him carry out sex trafficking.
During the Friday session, watch footage of a hotel that is allegedly showing Coms was discussed as a former friend. Didi’s lawyers argue that the shots, which CNN obtained, were severely changed by the port, which he denies.
Judge Aaron Supramian said that both sides need a decision on whether or not the footage can be used.
