Texas found his life in a tragic accident after he fell into the shooting clips of a firearm battle while purchasing lunch for his grandchildren in a famous fast fast food restaurant.
Jorge Arbayza, 61, was fired dead several times inside McDonald’s in Houston on Sunday, according to a statement issued by Harris Sharif County Office. Arbaiza was asking for happy meals for his grandchildren when a fiery battle broke out between two men’s groups, which led to chaos inside the restaurant, which was full of clients and children.
His wife, Theresa, who married him for nearly 40 years, has witnessed that the horrific events were revealed while waiting in the car with their grandchildren. I talked to Khou 11, I remembered the terrifying moments.
“I couldn’t leave the children alone. I couldn’t enter inside,” said Teresa. “The children were crying, and they were afraid.”
Just seconds before the start of the shooting, Teresa noticed a man carrying a gun in the back vision mirror of her car. When she did not see her husband running out with other customers, she called his mobile phone. The last words I heard from him were chilling: “I am dying. I will die.”
Arbaiza was transferred to the hospital, but later surrendered to his injuries. Sherif Harris Ed Gonzalez said that in his recent moments, Arbayza made the cross of the cross and prayed. Gonzalez condemned the violence as “meaningless”.
Stewart Brown, the owner and operator of Houston McDonald’s, also expressed his condolences in a statement to Fox News Digital. “We feel deep sadness from this meaningless violence that led to a tragic loss of lives. Our ideas with the victim’s family, and we help the local police department in any possible way.”
The authorities confirmed that one of the men involved in the shooting was also injured and took to the hospital, where the investigators were interrogated. The researchers used security footage to track a suspect and identify many individuals associated with the tree.
On Thursday, the Harris County Office was arrested by Antonio Ridge and accused him of killing Arbayza. Ridge is currently being held in Harris County Prison.
More investigations revealed that a firearm used in fire has been illegally modified using the “GLOCK key”, a device that converts a semi -automatic weapon into an automatic device. Sherif Gonzalez has since pledged to support the proposed Texas Law draft that would criminalize possession and use of these amendments.
“These keys are a serious threat to our society and law enforcement,” Gonzales said on social media. “Let’s pass by passing this bill in honor of Mr. Arbaiza.”
