In the period that arrives this week, there were a lot of people talking about the difficulty of predicting Nintendo, but in the end I think things went as expected … except for some specified areas. In many ways, you can say that Nintendo Direct was successful: the control unit was reasonably priced, came out soon, and most games look great.
But the topic that has dominated the discussion since then is the cost of the aforementioned games, especially Mario Kart World. In the United Kingdom, it is 74.99 pounds for the physical version and 66.99 pounds for the digital number, which is … unexpected.
As shown, the digital price is still less than EA SPORTS FC and Call of Duty, and other annual sports games like NBA 2K, but since Nintendo games are usually cheaper than the standard, there was anger than prices – as if Mario Kart will not be a better value for money.
Given that these annual sequences only have a 12 -month validity period, before they are immediately replaced by another game that also costs 70 pounds, it seems that anyone will seek Nintendo who receives a breath of mario card, which will have only one of each generation.
Do not understand me wrongly, I hope that is not expensive. I hope all games are cheaper. But then I hope to be a millionaire and better in football, but this is life.
If you accept this invitation and CO. Was it worth 70 pounds (and millions of people do so, as usual, the game was the best -selling in the past year) so why wasn’t Mario Cart? It is undoubtedly a better game and there will be no other game for the best part of the contract, so Nintendo will put everything in it – especially as it is a control unit launch game.
Unfortunately, I think half of the problem is that it contains cartoon graphics and is rejected as places for children, although it is actually the best -selling traditional video game of all time, behind GTA 5. If Mario Kart World has realistic drawings, and the main Grimdark characters, I think most complaints will never happen.
Unfortunately, the players have allowed manipulation over the years, so “” dangerous “games are only that worth the full price and anything that is supposed to be fun. You see something similar as many ordinary players reject independent games or make fun of the idea of selling them in anything but the lowest prices.
Anything is not just a real, realistic game that is something that has no value, and the players have become more and more in relation to what they think should be given free. I searched for that and the cost of the cinema ticket in 1992 is about 3 pounds. Guess how much the new Snes game costs at the same time? Anything up to 50 pounds and sometimes more.
Video games prices barely increased in three decades, however it seems to be shipping at EA SPORTS FC and Mario Kart World. Before you argue that these other games see a decrease in the price over time, but Nintendo games do not keep in mind that most people are still buying the next style within 12 months and rarely the price of Call of Duty games.
I haven’t heard a single reason for a reason that Mario Cart Word is 70 pounds sterling. If you are happy to pay it for NBA 2K25 but not a continuation of Mario Cart 8 – one of the best and most successful games of all time – I don’t know what to say.
But ah, say the haters, that this price is not all, because they must have DLC at the top as well. Well, Nintendo prediction never works, b) You should not buy DLC and C) DLC is considered for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on a wide range of the best value offered ever. So what is the exact problem?
If the games cost more, it makes sense for publishers to receive more for them. If you want the campaign against it, I am with you, especially when it is a very bad game, but this is not the case here. It seems that the wrong example is made and I do not feel that Nintendo’s mistake is at all.
