Surf Company says Lady Gaga has filed a lawsuit on “Mayhem” album

Lost International is sued Lady Gaga due to the violation of the brands of her album “Mayhem” … claiming that she possesses the rights of the term as is used in the distinctive Surf logo and that the use of Lady Gaga is mainly identical.

In the lawsuit, which TMZ got, Lost says she slapped a “Mayhem” version on surfing and Merch ski panels for more than a decade … and Gaga came out of her last album design.

Lost included a look alongside the “Mayhem” logo on their Merch, and Lady Gaga One uses her salary … and there are remarkable similarities.

The Surf brand says it has the “Mayhem” brand since 2015 and says Lady Gaga is now wrong to reduce the logo without permission.

Lost says they have expressed their fears for Jaga, but they claim that she did not stop using … so they are now being sued.

Surf Lady Gaga is chasing its use of the logo and the company wants damage, including any profits that it exploited for the “chaos” logo.
