Mad Vladimir Putin violated the ceasefire with a missile raid, as Ukrainian President Voludmir Zelinski claimed the latest peace effort in US President Trump.
In a video title, Zelinski said that the missiles were fired from the Russian ships stationed in the Black Sea on Sunday after warning that Moscow was climbing its air attacks.
He added that Russia refuses to accept unconditional ceasefire so that Putin can continue to launch missile strikes from the Black Sea.
“This is one of the reasons why Russia is distorting diplomacy, and why it refuses to agree to an unconditional ceasefire – they want to maintain their ability to hit our cities and ports from the sea,” Zelinski said in his evening speech.
This comes after the heinous attacks during the weekend, as a Russian missile killed at least 19 people, including at least nine children.
It is still unclear whether Zellinski indicates this attack when claiming that Russia was fired from the Black Sea.
