The Royal Prince in the United Kingdom again faces the possibility of deportation because an American court ruled that the immigration files from Prince Harry have been unveiled by Tuesday.
Judge Karl Nichols instructed the documents related to the implementation of the Duke of Sussex visa to the United States, after requesting freedom of information (FOI). The Conservative Heritage Foundation, an American thinking center, started the FOI request, indicating that the Duke had deleted the previous drug abuse, which could have affected its eligibility visa. Court documents dated March 15th, Judge Nichols presented instructions to the United States Ministry of Internal Security To provide an engraved version by Tuesday, Sky News mentioned.
Despite the same judge who ruled in September last year that the public interest in Harry’s records of immigration was not great, the judge has now reviewed his position.
The Heritage Foundation sought this reflection, as Harry’s entry for 2020 was interrogated in the United States after accepting cocaine, marijuana and narcotic mushrooms in his reserve book. In his autobiography, Harry revealed: “Cocaine did not do anything for me.” He added: “Marijuana is different, it has already helped me.”
The Foundation argued that the visa application responses related to the last drug abuse may raise concerns about government procedures. In February’s attorneys in February approved the issuance of monitoring publications, despite the denial of FOI’s request previously. Administration lawyer John Bardo stated in the court documents that they will remove the information that the court considers to be campaign.
Even US President Donald Trump has addressed these concerns surrounding the British Prince and mentioned to the New York Post in February that he would not deport Harry, saying: “I will leave him alone.” He took a fatal blow to his wife, saying: “He has sufficient problems with his wife. It is terrible.” The Duchess of Sussex publicly criticized Trump, describing it as “divisive” and “hate women”.

However, in an GB news interview in March 2023 with Nigel Farage, Trump (the former president at the time) opposed a special treatment for Harry, saying: “No. We will have to know if they know something about drugs, and if he lies, they will have to take the appropriate action.”
Harry moved to the United States in 2020 with Megan after he was residing shortly in Canada, after their departure from the royal family. Since then they have created their home in California with two children.
